The Apple Watch is being released in seven more countries, and in less than a month, the massively demanded wearable device will be made available in a total of 19 countries.
The seven countries where the Apple Watch has just launched are Mexico, Italy, South Korea, Singapore, Switzerland, Spain and Taiwan.
The report indicates that, while there is still no official announcement from Apple, the Apple Watch will be launched on July 17 in Sweden, the Netherlands and Taiwan.
After launching in these three countries in less than a month, the Apple Watch will be available in a total of 19 countries.
The news website also said that it may have an idea where the Apple Watch will be launched next. Going through the Apple websites for countries, Cult of Mac discovered that a total of 13 markets that have been unannounced as locations for the Apple Watch are now stating that the wearable device will be made available within the year.
One region is Latin America, but since Apple lumps together the location, it is not clear on which countries the Apple Watch will launch in 2015. However, the countries that have been determined as possible launching locations for the Apple Watch this year are Saudi Arabia, India, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates, Belgium, New Zealand, Norway, Denmark, Russia, Austria, Turkey, Finland and Brazil.
For these countries where the Apple Watch has been listed as "available in 2015," it is likely that Apple is still negotiating the distribution agreements for the locations, and it is still possible that some of these countries can be included in the July 17 launch date. However, because of the updated availability of the Apple Watch in these locations, it could mean that negotiations are almost finalized.
The Apple Watch has already been made available in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, China, Canada, Japan, Germany France and Hong Kong.
While Apple continues to roll out the Apple Watch in other markets around the world amid high demand for the wearable device, the company is already reportedly working on its successor.
Apple Watch 2, which is expected to be released next year, will feature several improvements over the first iteration of the device such as the addition of a FaceTime camera and an increased independence from the iPhone, giving the Apple Watch more functionalities even without being paired to the user's iPhone.
