It's a new day and another iPhone 6 render has hit the web.
The latest rendition shows off the smartphone's rounded edges and curved display.
It's the time of the year when next-generation iPhone rumors and images begin popping up on the Internet. It's almost as if the iPhone 5s is already relegated to second-tier status as the tech community focus on all things iPhone 6.
We've already seen leaked schematics of both the 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch iPhone 6. Then came renders of both devices using the dimensions obtained from the schematics and now a new render of the smartphone has been created based upon newly-leaked information that claimed the iPhone 6 would feature a new curved glass display and its design would include rounded corners and an aluminum rear shell. This news has been used to create another render of the iPhone 6.
Nowhereelse has teamed up with a designer to create new renders of the iPhone 6 that include an edge-to-edge curved glass display and rounded corners when compared to the iPhone 5s. The renders also show the power button on the iPhone 6 has been moved from the top of the device to its upper right side and the volume buttons are now rectangular instead of the round buttons used on the iPhone 5s.
Apple is widely expected to release two versions of the iPhone 6 sometime in the fall; a 4.7-inch smartphone and 5.5-inch phablet. The next-generation iPhones will reportedly use a new and faster 64-bit A8 processor. The smartphones will also feature an improved camera that will include optical image stabilization.
There have been reports Apple is expected to launch the 4.7-inch iPhone 6 in the fall and the larger 5.5-inch handset will reportedly ship at a later date due to battery and display issues. There are also rumors that claim Apple is working with carriers to increase the cost of the smartphone by $100.
As always, it's best to take any reports of unannounced Apple devices with a huge grain of salt.
