There are a ton of characters in the Super Smash Bros. series, including boys, girls, giant fire-breathing turtles and the occasional penguin dictator. But they all have in common: their oftentimes completely goofy taunts.
YouTuber Nick Luciano had the genius idea of convincing (bribing?) his dad to perform those taunts on camera in a video that now has more than 350,000 views. Now Luciano and his dad are back for part two, and this time, they're tackling characters that appeared in Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Melee.
This new video even has props! Luciano's dad busts out a cardboard box in order to reenact one of Solid Snake's classic taunts before chugging a glass of milk in honor of Kid Link. He gets to try his hand at becoming some of the various Pokemon that appear throughout Nintendo's fighting game series. Howling at the moon? Also a thing that happens.
And then there is King Dedede. Once you have seen King Dedede's taunts brought to life – in the real world by an older gentleman – you can't unsee it. You have been warned.
To say that Luciano's father looks 100 percent silly is an understatement. That is, of course, part of the fun. It's awesome that Dad is cool enough to agree to doing this, despite how goofy it makes him look. The world is definitely a better place thanks to this video. You can watch the original video, where Luciano's dad performs every taunt in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, here.
