It's always a good time for a new Key & Peele skit ... especially when they're mocking NBA announcers on the same day of the start of the Finals.
Comedians Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele released their new Comedy Central skit, in which they're seen mocking NBA announcers ... and best of all, it was released just hours before tip-off to tonight's Game 1 of the league's Finals, featuring LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers against Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors.
Aside from announcing that they're calling the game live from the "opulent Tostitos Center," where "50,000 fans are ready to binge drink for a couple of hours," their deadpan introductions of "Hi, I'm grown man Chick Sarica" and "I'm grown man Bob DiSanzio" are hysterical.
From there, Sarica goes on to state: "That's right, Bob, and we have both made careers watching adult men play a simple child's game, all while being paid more than the president."
A laughing DiSanzio retorts: "OK, Chick, and it seems as though the millionaires are ready to play their game so we can stop stalling with the mindless chatter."
As if that wasn't enough, their actual play-by-play keeps the laughs rolling. Check out the skit below.
Gee ... we wonder what actual NBA announcers Jeff Van Gundy, Mike Breen and Mark Jackson think of this skit.
