Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, aka #theworldsmosttalkedaboutcouple, just revealed in a promo after the mid-season finale for the reality show Keeping Up With the Kardashians that they are expecting baby number two.
Kim is shown in the teaser ad, gushing to her sister Khloe that she had just gotten a blood test at the gynecologist—and she is pregnant.
The couple has been famously trying to make a little sequel to Baby Nori (North West), and Kim has even proclaimed in the past that they have been having sex "500 times a day" in order to conceive.
