'Halo' vs 'Call Of Duty' Short Film Is Jam-Packed With Game References

It's an age old question: which is better, Call of Duty or Halo?

This video doesn't provide a definitive answer, but it does feature plenty of guns, explosions and clever references to both shooter franchises that fans won't want to miss. Warning, there is tea-bagging involved.

It all starts peacefully enough, as four friends are gathered around a single television playing Call of Duty. That is until one of the young men badmouths Halo and the Xbox One.

That's when things get personal. Master Chief crashes through the roof of their home and goes to war with the boys, throwing a plasma grenade onto the TV. Soon enough there are Nazi zombies, machine guns, care packages and juggernaut suits all involved as the group of friends team up to bring down the Spartan super soldier.

The video is jam packed with references to each game. Call of Duty players will notice all the various killstreak rewards, while Halo players will spot all of the Chief's iconic arsenal, like the energy sword, grav lift and bubble shield.

Once the smoke clears and the Master Chief falls, it looks like the Call of Duty players are the victors. But that would be too easy. Check out the full video below from RackaRacka on YouTube to see how it all ends.

The sheer number of effects both fake and practical on display in the video is pretty darn impressive. For more bloody versus combat, you can check out the group's Harry Potter vs Star Wars video from last year as well.
