Samsung Galaxy S6 And S6 Edge Deal: 64GB Smartphones On Sale For 32GB Price In Memorial Day Weekend Sale

Smartphone buyers can kick off the summer with a great deal on the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge. A major U.S. carrier is offering the 64GB option of both smartphones for the price it currently sells the 32GB models for, this Memorial Day weekend.

When Samsung took the wraps off of the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge at Mobile World Congress in March, it scored a huge win for the ultra-thin, metal and glass case it's using on both devices, but lost some points for giving up two big features in the process.

In order to make the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge so thin and light, Samsung had to completely seal the smartphone, which meant it had to remove the ability to allow customers to access a removable battery, which was something it prided itself on for years against Apple's non-swappable battery policy.

Samsung had to also remove another feature it highlighted as an important feature over Apple's iPhone in previous Galaxy flagship smartphones, the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge would no longer be able to expand their internal memory via a microSD expansion slot. To make up for this, Samsung offers the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge in 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB options.

If you were considering purchasing a Samsung Galaxy S6 or S6 Edge but wanted to save some money in the process, T-Mobile is kicking off the summer with a great deal on the S6 and S6 Edge for Memorial Day weekend.

T-Mobile is offering the 64GB Samsung Galaxy S6 and 64GB Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge at a steep discount. The carrier has priced the 64GB variants at the 32GB price, which means you can get the 64GB Galaxy S6 for $679.92, compared to its normal $759.99 price. The 64GB Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is being offered for $779.76 instead of its usual $859.83 price.

If you're interested in purchasing the 64GB Samsung Galaxy S6 or s6 Edge, T-Mobile's Memorial Day weekend sale begins on May 23 and the offer's good through May 25.
