World's Worst Roommate Caught On Camera: Watch What She Does

Ever live with someone who leaves their dirty dishes in the sink — for weeks? How about a someone who always eats your takeout before you have a chance to go in for seconds? Maybe your roommate never replaces the eggs, is consistently late in paying the cable bill, or always has friends over — until 4 a.m.

Yep, these are all pretty bad roommates. But we bet you that your worst roommate experience is nothing compared to this horror story.

After multiple altercations, two unidentified University of South Carolina students set up cameras in their apartment to see exactly what their 22-year-old roommate Hayley King was up to while they weren't home.

After trying to get her to move out, the roomies were worried about how King would retaliate. And after catching what she does on film, they have the proof that this young woman is hands-down the world's worst roommate.

King is seen in the video, filmed on February 4, at the refrigerator opening a container of food. And then the most horrible thing happens: she spits in her roommate's food, making sure to swirl it around to get the germs really in there.

King takes her time looking around in the shared kitchen — probably plotting her next vindictive move. Then this scenario goes from really bad to worse after she appears to spray Windex into some of her roommate's food.

She goes on to spray some of the dishes before heading back to the fridge. She takes a few items out, and with her back to the camera, seems to spray inside the containers.

The scary thing is that one of the roommates reported eating the food before playing back the footage.

Once they did see exactly how bad this world's worst roommate's behavior was, they took the footage right to the police in Columbia, SC. King was taken in for questioning, and since she was caught on camera, reportedly confessed and was arrested on Feb. 9. She was charged with unlawful and malicious tampering with human drug product or food.

The world's worst roommate posted a $5,000 bond the following day, but could serve 20 years behind bars for the Class C felony.

Now be thankful that your roommate's worst habit is leaving towels on the bathroom floor.
