Taco Bell Is Getting Frito Tacos And The World Is Not Prepared

When Taco Bell first unveiled its Dorito Loco tacos, the world rejoiced. No longer were tacos shells boring. Now, at long last, they could be covered in cheese dust.

The youth of America cheered with joy. But Taco Bell wasn't finished yet. The company is now testing out a new monstrosity: Frito shell Tacos.

Yes, Fritos, those corn chips that are perfect for scooping up absurd amounts of French onion dip. They are now taco shells, and it seems like a perfect fit. Via BroBible, the shells come in two flavors, regular Frito and chili cheese flavored. Inside the Frito shell is all the normal taco goodness your heart desires, such as beef, cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomato and sour cream. Taco Bell is currently testing the product out in the Memphis, Tennessee area.

That's not the best part, though. The best part is these things are on sale for $1.49 a pop. That's a steal! You can also grab a taco box that includes a Frito taco, Nacho Cheese Dorito taco, Burrito Supreme and a medium drink for $5.99. Let's be real though, nobody goes to Taco Bell to spend $5.99.

Who knows when this latest taco experiment will roll out to the rest of the country, but expect it to be sooner rather than later. As for what comes next? Your guess is as good as mine. Cheeto tacos? Kettle Cooked tacos? Captain Crunch donut holes? Wait, they already did that. Only one thing is certain: whatever it is, the world won't be ready.
