Fans of Constantine are taking to Twitter today in a solid show of support while the series writers meet with NBC about a potential second season.
The hashtag #Constantine has been busy since around 1 p.m. EST, when Constantine showrunner Daniel Cerone, along with the show's writers, meet with NBC executives with their second season ideas.
The strength of those ideas could decide the fate of the show: whether it gets canceled by NBC or picked up for season two.
Meanwhile, everyone involved with the show encourages fans to tweet with hashtag #Constantine.
So far, there have been 18,200 tweets using the hashtag and making it a trending topic on the social media site.
Meanwhile, the Constantine writers have taken to Twitter to ask fans of the series to email NBC, too:
The writers also tweeted some ideas they have in store for season two, should the network approve it.
We also hope they paid attention to some of our ideas about great storylines from the Hellblazer comics.
Fans of Constantine can still get in on the Twitter action. Just tweet using hashtag #Constantine to help save the series. Also, be sure to watch the series online: NBC recently released all 13 episodes on its site, as well as on Hulu and video on demand. Keep an eye on the @JohnConWriters Twitter account, too: they have been live-tweeting those episodes since last week.
