The highly anticipated Furious 7 finally hit theaters on April 3, and Wiz Khalifa has now released the official music video for the movie's theme song, "See You Again." Just as Furious 7 pays tribute to the franchise's star Paul Walker, this music video is also a touching homage to the late actor.
In addition to including clips from Furious 7, the music video for "See You Again" features mostly clips of Walker throughout the franchise, from his boyish blonde, curly-haired days in 2001's The Fast and the Furious to a more grown-up and mature-looking actor in his final appearance in the franchise in Furious 7.
Music videos for songs featured in movies are usually not that exciting since they rely so heavily on using clips from the film. But that's obviously not the case with the music video for "See You Again," which is guaranteed to make you tear up, whether you're a fan of The Fast and the Furious franchise or not.
Most notably, the music video teases the ending of Furious 7 and how the franchise chose to say goodbye to Walker and his character Brian O'Conner. That means if you haven't seen Furious 7 yet or spoiled the ending for yourself, you might want to hold off on watching this. However, the final send-off for Walker at the conclusion of Furious 7 is so perfect and beautiful, it would be amazing no matter how many times you watched it.
