Imed Yahmadi Readymode™

Few technology leaders can claim to have molded the face of contact center technology quite like Imed Yahmadi. His foundation in mathematics, physics, and computer science engineering, crowned with a Master's in Internet Security, set the stage for a life of developing cutting-edge solutions that deliver unmatched results.

A 20-year veteran in technology solutions, Imed is well known as a pivotal technology player in the contact center industry. He has co-authored award-winning patents and has written several published works. His depth of knowledge in this industry made him a natural fit as CTO at Readymode™.

During his time at INRIA France and LSFM Canada, Yahmadi's pioneering work in automatic theorem proving and logical reasoning systems marked an early encounter with Artificial Intelligence (AI), establishing foundational insights for modern AI LLMs and their applications. His research remains influential in academic circles, shaping discourse even decades later.

The transition from academia to industry marked the beginning of Yahmadi's remarkable effect on cloud communications. At MediaSoft, with Intel as a key investor, he spearheaded the development of some of the earliest API-first, programmable contact center solutions. His leadership as director of R&D at Telephony@Work proved even more effective, leading to the company's eventual acquisition by Oracle.

Elevating Contact Center Technology

Readymode is among the most advanced in the cloud-based call center software industry, processing millions of conversations for thousands of active customers. Founded in 2014 as XenCall, the company has since grown into a comprehensive platform combining predictive dialing with sophisticated CRM capabilities that keep operations running smoothly for thousands of users.

Readymode's platform is far from the standard fare of contact center technology. Featuring intelligent algorithms that automatically adjust dialing speeds based on agent availability, built-in compliance features, and Readymode iQ for dialing intelligence that helps increase contact rates. Since joining Readymode, Imed's vision has never wavered—ensuring every user gets maximum value from the platform.

Building Readymode's Technical Foundation

"Technology should make people's lives easier—that's the ultimate purpose of everything we build," says Yahmadi, reflecting on his role as Readymode's CTO. Since joining in 2019, he has entirely revamped the company's technical infrastructure, designing a hybrid cloud architecture with ironclad security for its U.S. client base.

The launch of Readymode iQ in the spring of 2024 marks his team's latest achievement, combining intelligent features that maximize user efficiency and help with compliant calling—a must in the industry. Readymode iQ was designed to reshape outbound engagement by enhancing predictive dialing, supporting real-time decision-making, and dramatically increasing connection rates. Readymode's voice services under Imed's leadership have also scaled to even greater levels, capable of handling millions of calls per month in the high-volume contact center space.

Beyond the Code

Drawing from his experience as an executive director of multiple technological companies, Yahmadi brings an advanced yet detailed perspective to Readymode's technical strategy. By aligning technological advancements with business goals, Yahmadi has helped contribute to Readymode's impressive 5x annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth.

"Success in technology isn't just about what you build, but about who you build it with and who you build it for," Yahmadi notes.
