Engadget revealed that this is the first since Musk took over the platform, offering significant information that shared its efforts that helped X improve its experiences online. Elon Musk and His Direction Over at X
Elon Musk may no longer be X's chief executive officer when he stepped down after facing immense pressure and was voted by the Twitter accounts with a resounding 'Yes' to leave his CEO title, but he is still known for having massive control on the platform. To date, he remains its largest stakeholder.
Since then, Musk has been active in his Twitter/X activity where he regularly posts information, opinions, and sentiments on just about anything. He is more infamously known for his controversial claims made online, a situation which led to significant issues and lawsuits that he faced along the way.
One of the most recent controversies Musk faced was his fight against Brazil's Supreme Court and Justice Alexandre de Moraes, holding out against their order to ban specific accounts on X. This particular direction which Musk took led to X being banned in Brazil, but later, the company said they would comply to the order to have the platform reinstated.
Furthermore, Musk also faced criticism for his 'free speech' ideology, especially as misinformation has been one of the top complaints since he stepped in and his controversial political views.
