Himanshu began his journey in business technology by earning a Bachelor's in Computer Science in India, an MBA in Finance from Columbia Southern University, AL, and a Master of Science in Information Systems Engineering and Management from Harrison University, PA.

He helped this company improve and streamline its financial data processes and saw firsthand the efficiency and transparency he achieved for his client, reinforcing his passion for ERP solutions. 

Himanshu continued to progress in his career by building on this foundational passion, gaining expertise in various Oracle ERP modules, and becoming a cloud-certified functional Subject Matter Expert. The result was an Oracle ERP Cloud Deployment, which led to a reduction in reconciliation efforts by 80% and an enhancement of data security and accuracy. Ultimately, the company's finance organization became a strategic asset rather than a liability. 

His third strategy is to ensure compliance and cost-effective solutions. Himanshu was tasked with establishing lease accounting solution enhancements for a prominent American real estate investment company that needed help complying with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and high development costs. 

To address these issues, Himanshu developed impairment enhancements for the lease accounting solution, ensuring compliance and leveraging existing Oracle functionalities. He handled the conversion of over 3 million assets to meet tax requirements and saved the company's significant effort in development costs.
