OnePlus Open 2 Still Remains Unknown
It seems like the OnePlus Open Apex Edition is a mid-cycle release of the smartphone, but is not quite the next-generation release of the company which is rumored to be called the 'OnePlus Open 2.' For now, there is no information yet regarding its real successor to its foldable lineup, and it remains unknown if it will be an annual release like its other regulars.
OnePlus and its Android Devices
The Android smartphone community worldwide has seen the dominance of Chinese companies making names for themselves and rivaling that of Samsung's Galaxy and Google Pixel devices. OnePlus is among these companies, complete with a massive range of smartphones from entry-level, to mid-range, and flagship devices that pack a punch.
It was only last year when OnePlus decided to introduce its first foldable smartphone despite rivals going ahead and releasing their take on the expanding display, giving the world the OnePlus Open. One of the most significant features of the Open is its 'gapless hinge' which improves the screen and its hardware that allows it to grip paper and be held upwithout falling.
More than a decade ago, OnePlus started its company and introduced its renowned smartphones to the world, with the company was known for being led by Carl Pei before and has since gone on to start the tech company known as Nothing.
Despite this, OnePlus remains a renowned company and is lauded for its latest releases, with the OnePlus Open getting an Apex Edition which screams red, soon to be unveiled next week.
