Online sleuths and data miners have discovered new information which refers to Sony's PlayStation 5 Pro, a console that would offer improved and more powerful experiences for players according to leaks. According to ThatBomberBoi via X, this was evidenced in the latest "Worlds" update of Hello Games' No Man's Sky, with the code talking about 'graphical options' for the tech.
It was revealed that the codename "Trinity" was referenced in the said codes, believed to be meant for significant graphics options for the console, possibly to be exclusive to the PS5 Pro.
Sony is known for using The Matrix-related codenames when referencing new consoles including 'Neo' which pertained to the PS4, and 'Morpheus' which was for the PlayStation VR.
Sony Will Allegedly Release the PS5 Pro This Year
No other details were revealed by the leaker behind the Trinity and PS5 Pro, but it was reported by ComicBook Gaming that Sony is planning to release this specific console come late 2024.
Furthermore, Sony's Trinity being referenced in the said codes was said to be No Man's Sky's preparation for the new hardware.
