This was teased by none other than Scott Pilgrim creator, Bryan Lee O'Malley, stating that he is open to this crossover in the future, and also having the final say behind this possible project.
Fortnite x Scott Pilgrim vs. The World Crossover Coming?
ComicBook Gaming recently reported that a possible Fortnite x Scott Pilgrim vs. The World crossover may be comingin the future, with the teaser coming directly from the franchise's creator. In a recent Instagram Livestream, O'Malley was asked about Epic Games' battle royale, but he claimed that he "never" played the game.
That being said, this does not mean that the crossover is scrapped, as O'Malley revealed that he spoke with Universal regarding this collaboration and claimed that he is open to it happening in the future.
The Scott Pilgrim creator further noted that this crossover would be up to Fortnite and Fortnite fans to make it happen, and this may suggest that he would not be part of its development.
What to Expect from Fortnite x Scott Pilgrim?
For those who read the novels, watched the movie, or played the game, Scott Pilgrim is best known for its action-centered story which also focuses on the love story between Scott and Ramona Flowers.
Of course, other characters would also bring justice to the franchise coming to Fortnite including the likes of Knives Chau, Lucas Lee, Gideon Graves, and more.

However, the iconic, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game has also seen its fair share of accolades in the gaming industry, recently remastered for modern gaming platforms.
