Sony has revealed the latest free games available for PlayStation Plus subscribers this July, listing three titles up for grabs. These three renowned games were popular during their time.

PlayStation Plus users will be delighted with what Sony will offer this month. Users can download these free games now before Sony removes them from the PlayStation Plus catalog on August 6. 

Sony PlayStation Plus July 2024 Free Games Now Available

Only three games are available on the PlayStation Plus list for July 2024, as opposed to the previous list, which had four games available, one of which is a PlayStation 5 exclusive. 

According to the previous blog post from PlayStation, these three titles include Borderlands 3, NHL 24, and Among Us. All these games are available for the PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 consoles.

Borderlands 3

The 2019 game from Gearbox Software and 2K Games is one of the most popular games of the franchise and was released on the PlayStation. Borderlands 3 was also made available this July promptly as the upcoming movie adaptation of the franchise is coming soon, best known for starring Cate Blanchett, Kevin Hart, Jamie Lee Curtis, and more. 

In this installment, the Vault Hunters face a massive threat to the Borderlands, their new home, with the arrival of The Children of the Vault, and defeating them is a must to keep the land safe. This game is available in single-player, online, or split-screen co-op modes to fight against the threats and restore balance in the galaxy.

Among Us 

This 2018-released game gained massive popularity during the COVID-19 pandemic era. Among Us was one of the top games that connected friends, families, and colleagues in this spectacular take on the classic imposter game.

Since then, Innersloth's Among Us has gained massive popularity, and its developers have previously worked on a possible sequel. It was later released as a console game, available on both the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, offering the console experience for this renowned impostor-based online game.

This sets players in various maps and places in the galaxy. One imposter or killer hides among the crewmembers, and it is up to them to stop the killing spree before all the players are picked off. 

NHL 24

Electronic Arts (EA) Sports' renowned game, NHL 24, is the latest installment in its yearly release, centering on the National Hockey League franchise. This sporting game allows players to suit up as their favorite players or teams and compete in the leagues or online against other NHL players to dominate the charts. 

Several experiences, like the Exhaust Engine, are available to test a player's limits on ice. Gamers may also build their ultimate hockey team in the NHL along with their top athletes, and the game also offers crossplay.
