The iconic game from PocketPair, Palworld, was recently teased with a cryptic message about the title, and this seemingly confirms that the game is finally making its way to the PlayStation soon. It is known that PocketPair is currently gearing up for the release of its Sakurajima update which is slated for June 27, coming later this week for all to experience.
In the latest hint by Palworld's community manager, the company may deliver one of the most awaited releases of the game, centering on its arrival on Sony's renowned console platform.
Palworld Teaser Confirms PlayStation Version Coming
Palworld may be coming to the PlayStation in the near future, and this is because of a recent post from the game's community manager, Bucky, via X. In his statement, a cryptic but obvious message was posted, opening with several hearts with Palworld's title in the middle, showcasing black, green, and white colors, believed to be representing the platforms it is accessible now.
Currently, it is available to play on PC via Steam (Windows), Xbox's Series S and X, and NVIDIA's GeForce Now. In the post, Bucky added more colored hearts that surround the title, adding the blue-colored hearts which many believe is a representation of the PlayStation.
While this could also mean many other things, this teaser heavily hints at its future arrival on Sony's console, but it is not yet confirmed.
What to Expect from Palworld's Latest Update?
The next massive update from Palworld is coming this June 27, calling it the Sakurajima update, which adds a new island to the game, alongside the arrival of new pals. It also announced new 'Xbox Dedicated Servers' alongside new missions and experiences coming with the update.
Palworld and Its Massive Global Craze
It was only in January this year that PocketPair delivered its widely-anticipated game, Palworld, to global users, and it was initially exclusive to Windows and the Steam platform. In only three days since it was released, it already broke Steam's all-time player records and was able to sell four million copies worldwide, one of the largest there is.
Many praise what Palworld offers for many, as it is an open-world game that offers users a chance to explore a massive map with creatures known as "Pals" freely roaming around. It caused massive controversy in 2021 when it was first introduced as it was regarded as a 'Pokemon-esque' game, but one that did not shy away from guns.
That being said, Palworld saw a massive following in the gaming industry, with many players still enjoying what it has to offer, particularly as it is not yet everything from what PocketPair has to offer. While it is mainly on PC for now, its Xbox beta availability has been a significant addition that paved the way for consoles, something that is also teased to arrive on the PlayStation by its community manager.
