Star Wars: Hunters is available only on the Nintendo Switch, Android, and iOS platforms.

Moreover, SW Hunters is not a typical Star Wars game as it will not feature franchise characters in the game, but more of the same species or culture, like Wookies, Rebels, Droids, Assassins, Jawas, and more original characters.

Moreover, the third-person PvP arena shooter would center on Vespaara, but it will feature maps reminiscent of Endor, Hoth, and Tatooine.

It picks up after the events of the Galactic Civil War and features multiple game modes, such as Escort and Control.

Star Wars Games in Mobiles

For decades now, the franchise from the imaginative mind of George Lucas gave the world a massive space odyssey to enjoy, with Star Wars known from its beginnings in films down to being adopted by Marvel into comics and various game partners.

However, it also took a chance on the mobile gaming platform, with one from 2015 known as Star Wars: Uprising, an official canon following Return of the Jedi.

There was also Star Wars: Rivals, a PvP combat game that featured arena battles for fans to enjoy across various iconic locations like Bespin, the Death Star, Jakku, and Scarif.

On the other hand, another PvP arena combat game released by LucasFilm called Star Wars: Force Arena featured iconic characters like Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader, Han Solo, Princess Leia, and more.

The mobile gaming platform has not been entirely kind to the Star Wars franchise, and many of its releases were only a niche or would trend around its release but would not sustain, unlike other titles.

However, Zynga and LucasFilm look to change this with Star Wars: Hunter, another PvP online arena shooter with various modes and experiences to enjoy this June.
