The latest drop from Fortnite Festival's Season 3 also brings significant wireless guitar controller compatibility to the game, and this means that Rock Band 4 guitars and other devices may be used in the game.
Through this compatibility, players may bring out their old plastic guitars to connect to Fortnite Festival, allowing gamers to experience jamming it out on the island.
Fortnite Festival Now Supports Rock Band 4 Guitars
In Fortnite Festival's Season 3 launch, Billie Eilish headlines the events and festivities, with the Grammy and Academy Award-winning musician already live on the main stage.
However, the singer-songwriter is not the only surprise for Season 3. This is also the first time Epic Games has allowed dedicated guitar controllers for consoles to be compatible with Festival.
This means it is time to dust off your old RIFFMASTER and RockBand4 guitars from the closet, attic, or basement and have a good time on Fortnite.
The announcement confirms that the wireless guitar controllers may be used for the Pro Lead and Pro Bass song parts to play on the Festival's main stage for the PlayStation, Xbox, and PC consoles.

Fortnite Festival and What it Offers
Fortnite Festival's Season 1 only arrived last December 2023, and it ushered in the era of a musical experience on the battle royale game, starting with The Weeknd as its first featured artist.
It featured a digital version of the artist here, his iconic Blinding Lights suit, and several of his songs as part of the event.
Last February, Fortnite Festival ushered in Season 2 and saw immense popularity, with this previous drop introducing Lady Gaga as its headliner for the main stage.
Fortnite Festival is moving on to Season 3, with Billie Eilish headlining the virtual event. This latest drop also allows gamers to rock it out on the main stage with their wireless guitar controllers, which are now compatible.
