Enjoy the day, Segway will take care of your lawn.

Segway brought the Navimow I series robot lawn mower to the United States following its Europe launch earlier this month, offering the automated machine to do the hard work and maintenance on your yard.

It is one of the earliest smart robot lawnmowers in the industry, one that does not require wires to map out one's yard, using AI to effectively accomplish the task at hand.

Segway's Smart Robot Lawn Mower is Now in the US

The 2021 Red Dot Winner for Best Design, Segway-NINEBOT's Navimow i-series, is now here in the US, offering the autonomous smart robot lawn mower available at an affordable price. It was released earlier in Europe this March, but this recent availability would no longer need interested buyers to purchase it overseas.

Navimow brings one of the most intuitive smart robot lawnmowers in the industry, which no longer requires a user to install boundary wires to keep it from crossing over other yards or destroying flower beds. Its EFLS 2.0 is an AI-powered GNSS location system that could help map out diverse yards, be vision-enhanced for better accuracy, and avoid various obstacles and objects.

It also features a waterproof design, one that can withstand different weather conditions and is quiet in its operations.

It has a dedicated smartphone app that will help users draw their mower routes, identify boundaries, set schedules, and more.

Navimow i-series Lawn Mower Starts at $999

Navimow's i-series smart robot lawn mower starts at $999 for the Navimow i105N, which can already cover 0.125 acres of land. Alongside this, there is also the i110N, which is meant for a bigger coverage of as much as 0.25 acres for $1,299.00

Segway NINEBOT guarantees a safe and effective mower with automation and user accessibility as one of its top priorities.

Segway-NINEBOT's Game-Changing Mower

Segway is known for its beginnings as a personal transporter (PT), the iconic two-wheeled, self-balancing standing scooter that was brought to the market in 2001. While the company still delivers scooters in multiple variants, the company under NINEBOT also dove into robotics, with the game-changer in the mowing business initially debuting in 2021.

As per Tech Times' interview, the robot was made to improve more homes while utilizing the industry's developing technology. Segway-NINEBOT General Manager George Ren said the focus of Navimow is to bring a solution to robot mowers that require boundary wires to know their field.

Ren also considered it different from home vacuum cleaners as they have walls to keep them in place. With Navimow, it centers on an intuitive bot operation and easy-to-set-up technology that can adapt to one's home.

After several years since its debut, the Navimow i-series is finally here, particularly in the United States, available for all types of homes for a reasonable price, one that AI powers to recognize obstacles and avoid mowing down your other plants aside from grass.
