Marvel's Spider-Man 2's Bryan Inithar revealed a lot in his recent appearance on Kinda Funny Games' "spoilercast," and it detailed a lot of insider information on the latest released game. Here, the creative director teased Marvel's Spider-Man 3, and here, he is poising up the game to be its version of Avengers: Endgame, best known for being the climax of the entire franchise.

"Thinking about the future, not saying anything... this will be the thing.... Spider-Man 1 and Miles [Morales] were our Iron Man. And Spider-Man 2 was kinda our Civil War. It's time for the Endgame," Inithar said.

Despite the massive teaser, there is still limited information as to what the next game's story will be, or whether is it already under development on Insomniac.

Who is Coming and What to Expect in Marvel's Spider-Man 3?

It was revealed that Insomniac and the team had a roadmap for Marvel's Spider-Man franchise for about eight years now, and over the years, there have been many changes as to what it has to offer. However, one of the things that did not change is their aspirations to bring the Green Goblin to the game, best known as Spider-Man's archnemesis and most menacing villain.

Norman Osborn, a.k.a. the Green Goblin, is expected to arrive on Marvel's Spider-Man 3.

Marvel's Spider-Man 2: The Sequel That Delivered

Gamers were made to wait five years since Insomniac Games and PlayStation released Marvel's Spider-Man 2 to the world, following the initial 2018 game centering on Peter Parker's solo adventure as the webhead of New York City. After the 2020 release of a mini-story for Miles Morales, the two Spider-Men are going back-to-back, with gamers given the chance to switch from one hero to the other.

There are also several enhancements to the experience, as Insomniac made the game more immersive and open for all, giving users a chance to explore the different parts of New York City as the web-slinging heroes. Moreover, they were given wings under their armpits, best known for being a classic Spider-Man costume design, allowing them to glide or "fall with style" around the map.

The new game is not only good because of the many new features, but its storyline, villains, direction, and what it has to offer for gamers are spot on, and it is considered as a sequel that delivered and gave justice to the franchise. With all that said, fans and gamers are looking forward to its future game, Marvel's Spider-Man 3, with the director saying it will be an ultimate showdown, soon featuring Spidey's top villain, Green Goblin.
