Microsoft's Activision Blizzard Acquisition
Microsoft's Activision Blizzard acquisition saw massive challenges, roadblocks, and opposition along the way, making their supposed purchase of the company see its prolonging from regulators. While it hurdled over the UK's CMA, it was not able to escape the wrath of the FTC which effectively stalled this massive merger.
However, the good thing is that all of the opposed parties and regulators who are citing antitrust breaches have already backed down, with the FTC also withdrawing on their challenge to block the merger.
Microsoft and Activision Blizzard are still finalizing their future moves and proceedings now that it surpassed the eye of the tiger.
