Square Enix's Final Fantasy XVI put "Yoshi-P," a.k.a. Naoki Yoshida, yet again brought good news to all gamers and aspiring ones of the latest title. This is because Yoshida finally confirmed the upcoming release of Final Fantasy XVI to the PC platform, a port that the producer has previously teased when talking about the new game via a Japanese media outlet.

While it was teased before, it is now confirmed that the team is already developing the PC port that will arrive soon for gamers who prefer the PC setup, and also for those who do not own a PlayStation 5.

It was previously regarded that the PS5 would have as much as 6 months of exclusivity before the game arrives for PCs, and in this recent announcement, Yoshida has turned the teaser into a reality.

FF16's DLC and PC Port

According to Engadget, the earlier part of Yoshida's video also brought exciting announcements for gamers who are already enjoying the latest installment of the franchise. There is a free update that has already dropped said Yoshi-P, alongside two paid DLCs that will arrive soon for all gamers.

The two expansions and the PC port's release date were not yet detailed by Yoshida or the company.

FF16's PS5 Exclusivity

The much-awaited sequel of the famed Japanese gaming franchise, Final Fantasy XVI, was recently released last June and more than two months in, the game is still regarded for its excellent features and offers for all. It offers mature topics that are not suitable for all ages, and it previously got massive attention because of its reported drug and torture content.

It also faced console issues when the game was available for gamers to play, with reports claiming that boss fights have been causing the PlayStation 5 to overheat. This only shows the intense gaming and process of what Final Fantasy XVI has brought for all, with the only solution available to ensure that the vents to its fans are always clean and rid of dust.

The massive open-world and immersive storyline of Final Fantasy XVI has captured gamers' hearts and attentions once again, with those preferring a PC experience clamoring for it. Now, their prayers and requests have been heard, and it was recently confirmed by Yoshida that the PC port is coming soon, most likely six months after its initial release date to end the PS5 exclusivity contract it has.
