Vyacheslav Nikolaev was born on October 15, 1970. In 1992, he graduated from the computational mathematics and cybernetics department of Lomonosov State University in the capital. Later he received additional training, completing a management course at the Krieble Institute in Washington, DC (US).
Nikolaev Vyacheslav Konstantinovich started his professional career in 1994 as a senior consultant at European Public Policy Advisers, an international consultancy.
From 1999 to 2000, he worked as a consultant at J'son and Partners, a telecommunications consulting company. Then for three years he worked at Renaissance Capital investment bank as a telecom analytics specialist.
In late 2004, Vyacheslav Konstantinovich Nikolaev was appointed to an executive position in the investor relations department of a major telecommunications company in the country. Later, he became head of the planning and analytics section within the sales and subscriber service division.
In 2006, he was appointed to the position of operation technologies department director.
Starting in 2011, the experienced executive was placed in charge of the company's B2C marketing.
In June 2017, Nikolaev Vyacheslav Konstantinovich was promoted to the position of vice president for strategy and marketing.
He sits on the board of the telecommunications company.
