Zuckerberg Announces the Addition of the WhatsApp Screen Sharing Feature to Different Users
According to Tech Crunch, the feature is already available on Google Meet and other video conferencing apps including Microsoft Meet, Zoom, and also Apple FaceTime. The new feature makes it more convenient for users to show their screens.
Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg officially announced the feature on Facebook and Instagram. Per the CEO the feature would allow users to share documents, photos, and even shopping carts with contacts.
As noted on WA Beta Info, the feature was initially released on Android for beta testers back in May. This feature gave them the ability to share their screens on WhatsApp by simply clicking the "Share" icon.
The Feature is Rolling Out of Beta and Will be Available on Android, iOS, and Windows Desktops
Users will also be able to use the whole screen and it works like normal platforms. Tech Crunch obtained a statement from WhatsApp regarding the rollout, highlighting how it would be released on Android, iOS, and Windows Desktops.
According to The Verge, the feature is leaving its beta phase and will be made available to more users on different operating systems. Other features WhatsApp released included Signal, Telegram, and some say even Discord.

Tech Crunch also noted that WhatsApp has gone further in terms of improving its app by extending the feature to other users. This comes as the feature is already available for Android, iOS, and even desktops.
