As a senior director of operations at Chewy, Hans is responsible for leading Multiple fulfillment centers. Since joining the company in 2017, He has been instrumental in successful launches of multiple fulfillment centres and has turned around two others, helping the company to grow and thrive in a highly competitive market.

In that role, he led multiple process initiatives and projects to enhance the operational capabilities of Apple's global supply chain and nine third-party logistics (3PL) distribution centres in North and South America. He also oversaw a capital project to leverage technology and standardize inventory flow across multiple regions, impacting over 200 original equipment manufacturers, 12 3PL distribution centres, and products with an annual gross merchandise value (GMV) of over $80 billion.
Prior to his time at Apple, Hans worked for Amazon Fulfillment Services, where he held several management positions. As senior operations manager and the head of the outbound department at the Moreno Valley, California facility, he launched an 800,000-square-foot fulfillment centre for Amazon, leading a team of 17 salaried and 2,000 hourly employees to support the fulfillment of products with an annual GMV over $4 billion across the US.
He was responsible for vendor and seller management, negotiating contracts with sellers to create a reliable supply chain of product flow, resulting in the fastest volume ramp in Amazon's history of 17 million units every week within a year of the launch of the fulfillment center.
Khush's achievements have not gone unnoticed. He has won numerous awards throughout his career, including the Door Desk Award in 2014 by Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and the Amazon Kaizen of the Year Award in 2015 for Best Process Improvement in the Amazon Fulfillment Network.
