According to a report by Electrek, out of 50 states, Tesla emerged as the most wanted car brand in 25 states in the US. Even the customers from the most populous states such as New York and California have a strong liking towards the American automaker.

With over 60,000 monthly searches for 'Teslas for sale' in the country, the data reflects a robust demand for electric vehicles (EVs) and bodes well for the EV market's sustained growth in major automotive markets.

Global Domination for Tesla

Tesla is not only considered to be the most wanted EV brand in the United States. Outside the US, Elon Musk's company is also globally known among foreign buyers.

According to the same study from Auto Trader, the car manufacturer has a special place in the heart of buyers in 39 countries. The customers reportedly came from across Asia, Europe, and other parts of North America.

With this, Tesla solidified its position in the EV market to attract more potential buyers in the future.

The unique study from Auto Trader also looked further afield, analyzing global search data to see which cars people want to buy the most in different countries all over the world. Tesla, Jeep, Toyota, and BMW are amongst the most popular global brands. Tesla is the most searched for car brand for sale in 39 countries, including the USA, Canada, France, Spain, Australia and the United Arab Emirates.

For Tesla, maintaining the interest of its prospects plays an important role in sustaining the longevity of its sales in the electric vehicle industry.
