Nvidia is bringing an important update geared toward Ubisoft fans. With the rollout of the features of its cloud-gaming service GeForce Now, linking one's account is made even easier so your gaming experience won't be interrupted further.
What's Waiting for You Inside GeForce Now
Let's dive into the heart of GeForce NOW, where gaming takes center stage. As a Ubisoft user, you'll have access to an array of thrilling titles, expanding the already vast collection available for streaming across a multitude of devices beginning this week.
According to KitGuru, GeForce NOW is bringing two games to Steam. The first title, "Harmony: The Fall of Reverie," just dropped on Thursday, June 8, while the second one, "Amnesia: The Bunker," was released last Tuesday, June 6.
You can still enjoy games on GeForce Now if you have only the basic plan, which is free of charge. However, if you aim to elevate your experience to the next level, it's suggested to upgrade your subscription to Priority and Ultimate membership which will grant you tons of exclusive benefits which, include better graphics support and longer gaming sessions.
Ubisoft Account Link Update
In another report by Android Headlines, the game-changing update that fans should know is the new changes in account linking.
Whether you're playing your favorite games on a PC, mobile, TV, or any console, you can make it happen on your part. In short, Nvidia just simplified the process by allowing you to have seamless access to the GeForce NOW service across all your devices.
With this update, the need to repetitively link your device just to continue your progress is no longer included in the book. Nvidia assures that you'll keep in touch more with your friends with a more immersive gaming experience.
Frictionless Gaming
As the chipmaker describes, the feature promotes "frictionless gaming." Whatever you play throughout the day will leave a remarkable memory on your behalf with the Ubisoft account integration with GeForce Now.
All it takes is a one-time syncing of your account and it will magically take you into a different world of adventure you never expect to come.
Outside gaming, Engadget reports that Ubisoft is launching its guitar-learning app on June 9. It will be available to all Android and iOS users worldwide.
Before debuting to the mobile platform, Rocksmith+ first came out on PC nine months ago. As of writing, the gaming giant has still no confirmation if it is arriving on PlayStation and Xbox.
Regardless if you're a newbie or a pro guitar player, this app will help you skyrocket your guitar playing with its library, which contains over 6,000 songs that you can play and practice.
Overall, it's a must-have app on your phone only if a $15-a-month payment won't drag you. The subscription might not be for everyone but you can test it out for free for seven days to see if it fits your needs.
