A new update for the "No Man's Sky" game could bring the game to yet another batch of devices. Comes shortly after Sean Murray, the creator of the game, tweeted out a cryptic emoji of an apple icon.
'No Man's Sky' for Apple Could Fulfill the Requests of Many Gamers
According to the story by Game Rant, "No Man's Sky" has long been requested for other platforms and its recent update allowed more players to try out the game. The update reportedly allowed players on the PSVR2 and Nintendo Switch to try out the game.
While more players were already able to play the game on their respective devices, others wanted the game to be available on yet another range of devices, Apple devices. Recently, the creator of the game, Sean Murrey, released a simple tweet that showed nothing but an Apple emoji.
Apple Already Announced that They Would be Improving Its Gaming Experience for Users
This comes after months since the game was reportedly confirmed to be coming to Mac at some point this year. The announcement was previously made during the "Meet the new Macbook Pro and Mac mini event" of Apple in January.
Despite the tweet, no official date was given as to when the game would reportedly make its way to Apple devices. So far, Apple has already boasted numerous graphical technologies and has started to talk about how it wants to dip itself into gaming by making the experience for its users more responsive and beautiful.
'No Man's Sky' is Going to be the First Title to Use Apple's MetalFX and Metal 3 Graphics
Apple has already noted that "No Man's Sky" will be one of the first titles ever to use the company's MetalFX upscaling tech, which is said to help massively improve the experience. It was also noted that the game could also be packed with Metal 3 graphics API, also to help boost the graphics.
The report also detailed how a MacOS port for "No Man's Sky" was also very likely because of how fans were able to find a file with the label "Mac" hidden inside the game's internal depot. This comes as the game has exploded in the past years.

The Game's Creator Shares How He Plans More Content for the Game
While the community continues to grow, creator Sean Murray himself has also been planning out more content to release this year. So far, he claims that 2023 will be very eventful for the game.
So far, fans can also check out "No Man's Sky" on Steam, which describes the game as an Open World, Open World Survival Craft, and Space title. The game is reportedly also available to play on Steam Cloud among other devices.
So far, its listing on Steam only reveals the system requirement for Windows units, revealing that it requires a Windows 10/11 OS (64-bit versions) and at least an Intel Core i3 along with 8 GB RAM and at least a NVIDIA GTX 1060 3 GB and AMD RX 470 4 GB graphics card.
