Apple is now looking for new generative AI talents to help the company in its artificial intelligence efforts.
Previously, the giant gadget maker announced that all its employees are not allowed to use generative AI platforms for their work.
These include OpenAI's popular AI chatbot, ChatGPT.
Although Apple doesn't support the use of generative AIs in work, CEO Tim Cook said that they will still invest in AI and other similar technologies for their products.
Apple Now Hiring Generative AI Talents!
According to 9To5Mac's latest report, Apple opened 28 AI-focused jobs in the first three weeks of May.
Based on the official Careers at Apple website, the tech firm is looking for special project managers, senior engineers, research scientists, etc.
Here are some of the exact AI jobs offered by Apple:
- Project Manager, AppleCare Support Experience Special Projects
- Proactive Intelligence, Applied Research Scientist - Generative AI
- Generative AI Applied Researcher - SIML, ISE
- AI NLP Product Engineering Manager, WW CSO
- AI NLP Content Product Engineer, WW CSO
- Machine Learning Engineer - Generative AI
- AIML - Sr Software Engineer, Siri, and Information Intelligence

Will iPhone Have AI Integrations Soon?
Apple's CEO didn't specifically mention AI integrations in iPhones.
But, one of the latest generative AI job offers (Visual Generative Modeling Research Engineer) stated that the company wants to shape how generative AI models can transform mobile computing platforms.
"Now imagine working to make this vision a reality on beloved mobile platforms used by billions," said Apple.
The gadget maker added that the chosen applicants would be joining a core group in the Intelligence System Experience organization of the company.
