As Samsung fans wait to see what's in store with the Galaxy S24 flagship series, the South Korean tech giant might offer its upcoming phones with at least two different chipsets.
Potential Speculation on Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Variants of the Galaxy S24+
Recent rumors hitting the streets point to the possibility of Samsung adding the Exynos 2400 SoC and the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor to power some of its Galaxy S24 variants.
According to the story by Sam Mobile, a tipster on Twitter recently suggested that the Exynos 2400-powered Galaxy S24 models could be on the way for European and Southeast Asian customers.
Per Tech Reve on Twitter, as Samsung fans from these regions eagerly await to get their hands on the new Exynos-powered phones, one question that would pop up naturally would be if power users could get the Snapdragon-powered variants of the Galaxy S24+.
All Variants of the Galaxy S24 May Get the Exynos 2400 Processor in Select Markets
Previous rumors suggested that only the Galaxy S24 would get the Exynos 2400 in some non-American markets, so customers hoping for the higher-end Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor would have to opt for higher variants.
It turns out that all that speculation might have been premature, as the same tipster hinted that all Galaxy S24 variants (including the Plus and Ultra models) could come with the Exynos 2400 in certain regions.
This means customers in Europe, Southeast Asia, and other select markets could get their hands on the Exynos 2400-powered Galaxy S24 series regardless of their choice of model. Of course, nothing is sure until Samsung officially reveals its plans.
