A new Twitter glitch affected many users, even during the most-awaited Met Gala this 2023.
The outage started on May 1. Most of the affected users are those who are accessing their Twitter accounts via the web.
As of writing, Twitter hasn't confirmed if they are already working on the latest issue. However, reports stated that the glitch already subsided after midnight.
Twitter Glitch's Details
According to Business Insider's latest report, complaints from Twitter users peaked at 4:00 p.m. ET.

Over 4,100 reports were received by the Downdetector. The online outage checker said that 4% of the affected users experienced server connection issues.
Meanwhile, 44% of them suffered from website problems. The remaining 52% experienced login issues during the outage's peak.
The most annoying issue that Twitter users experience is their accounts being logged out repeatedly.
Affected Twitter users said that the issue started when they were trying to browse the social media platform via its web version.
After that, the Twitter page will automatically refresh, and they will be redirected to the default website for Logged Out users.
Numerous Twitter users said that they tried the provided login options, such as Google, Apple, and email. However, many of them failed to get back to their accounts.
What caused the Twitter glitch?
Although Elon Musk and his team haven't officially made any statement regarding the latest Twitter Glitch, numerous individuals shared their speculations.
One of them is The New York Times reporter Ryan Mac. He said that a bad front-end deployment caused the Twitter desktop outage.
The journalists explained that this information was provided by two sources who are familiar with Twitter's activities.
"Musk sent an internal email earlier noting that though development is going fast 'system reliability should always be paramount,'" said Ryan.
