iOS 16.4 has finally arrived after weeks of beta testing. Here are the changes you can see in the latest operating system.

iOS 16.4 is finally here and fans have yet to see test other features on their iPhones. It's about time to see how they go following the latest release notes from Apple.

Of course, before you access them, you need to update your iOS on your device. Some of the added improvements include the latest emoji, the revamped Home App architecture, and more.

According to a report by Macrumors, emoji lovers can now use the new emoji which include the jellyfish, tri-color heart, and a donkey to name a few.

Apart from that, you will also notice the web-based push notifications from your iPhone. Once you open the Safari browser, you can start receiving alerts from several web pages which is something that you usually get when App Store apps notify you about updates.

Just a word of the tongue: this only applies to websites that you save on Safari's Home Screen.

Another important feature that's waiting for you at the other end is the Beta Updates menu that you should see when you go to the Settings.

Through this feature, there's no need to install a configuration profile before you test the developer iOS betas. It's simply made for you to have a worrisome installation process that you can check everywhere.

Improved Home App Architecture and Podcast App Updates

iOS 16.4 also allows users to explore the new Channels Menu in Podcasts app. From here, you can now search for different podcast channels straight from your device. You can add them on your Queue list to watch later.

What's more, CarPlay will now display Recently Played Queues when you open your Listen Now tab, not to mention the Up Next channels on your checklist. This is helpful if you like to listen to more podcast recommendations from your friends.

Another highlight of iOS 16.4 is the return of Home App architecture in its full glory. The newly-enhanced version is no longer the original app that we first saw in iOS 16.2.

iOS 16.4 Welcomes iCloud-Focused Feature For Photos

Forbes reports that Apple has recently added the much-requested photo feature on iOS 16.4.

With the roll-out of the new operating system on smartphones, duplicate pictures can now be detected automatically once you update your iOS to its latest version.

This feature will help you declutter your storage, thus save space for more photos that you want to store in the future.

Other changes that you will see alongside the "Duplicates detection in iCloud Shared Photo Library" includes "Voice isolation over cellular" and "Crash Detection optimizations."

Meanwhile, Engadget reports that Apple Music Classic App is now available for downloads to all users worldwide. This unique music streaming tool contains over five million tracks including the most solemn pieces from notable musicians such as Mozart and Beethoven.
