"League of Legends" Zyra rework has been confirmed by Riot Games.
The mage character's upcoming adjustments are much needed since it has been years since she received gameplay changes.
Zyra was released back in 2012, making her one of the iconic "LoL" heroes. However, she is also one of the champions that Riot Games hasn't changed.
Her last adjustment, a minor one, was released in 2022 during the "League of Legends" 12.16 patch notes.
As of writing, the latest "LoL" patch is 13.5. Now, just imagine the gap. But, it seems like Riot Games finally considered changing Zyra. However, will she have major or minor adjustments?

Recently, Yelough announced that Zyra is on his list to explore for a mid scope rework. This means that her changes will just be minor.
However, Yelough hasn't shared specific details regarding the Zyra rework.
Although this is the case, some "League of Legends" fans shared their predictions. These include the following:
- The upcoming Zyra rework will be used mainly for jungling.
- When Zyra is near her plants, she will receive bonus movement speed.
- Zyra's allies will have bonus movement speed when they are near her plants.
- Riot Games is expected to remove Zyra's passive seed RNG. Instead, the new rework will favor her W stacks.
As of writing, Riot Games hasn't confirmed the official release date of Zyra's rework. If you are among the Zyra mains, the best thing you can do is wait for the game publisher's upcoming announcements.
Other 'LoL' Reworks
Aside from Zyra's mini-rework, other characters are also expected to experience gameplay adjustments.
One of them is Neeko. PC Games reported that Neeko is also included in Riot Games' shortlist for mid scope.
This was confirmed by Ezra "Phlox" Lynn. After Phlox's announcement, the Neeko rework plan was also shared by Ryan "Reav3" Mireles, Riot Games' product manager.
"I know you are all excited as the rework is really cool, but the tech for it is more complex then most midscopes so she is going to take a little longer," said Mireles.
In other news, "League of Legends" hackers recently demanded $10 million from Riot Games. We also reported about the appearance of the "League of Legends" Aurelion Sol rework bug on PBE.
