"In the digitization of banking processes, a special place is occupied by the development of remote service channels and the provision of online services, which lead to the active introduction and development of digital electronic signatures, paperless workflow, and security systems. As a project manager, I am responsible for the modernization of business processes and the successful implementation of such technologies," says Elena.
During the project, client and operational functions were reviewed and automated, business processes were digitized, and Electronic Document Management was implemented. Thanks to Elena and her team's efforts the bank reduced the cost of SME clients servicing by 50%, increased the speed of service delivery, improved efficiency, and developed an interest in providing quality service, which allowed to increase the share of active clients by 20%.
As part of the transformation of the corporate business model and in order to reduce the cost of the commercial process , Elena automated the sales funnel of payroll projects by developing a unique methodology for collaborating retail and corporate business as part of the implementation of the Payroll Project product. As a result, it was possible to reduce the life cycle of concluding a deal for a payroll product from 6 to 3 months, increase productivity per 1 client manager by an average of 25%and bring the team to stable implementation of sales plans.
"I have developed my own methodology from scratch for automating the sales funnel and increasing conversion rates for payroll projects in the banking sector', " shares Elena about the project she is proud of. "This methodology was implemented in the commercial process of one of the top 10 banks in Russia back in 2020 and subsequently adopted by other banks to implement as best practice in their branch network".
Another major project that Elena worked on was the introduction of a scoring model for evaluation and end-to-end prioritization into the project management system. As a result of the project, the company began to receive more profit due to the efficient allocation of resources with a priority on the implementation of highly profitable business projects.
"Automated project management systems significantly increase work efficiency, as they allow the manager to be relieved of routine tasks. For one company, I developed a scoring system and implemented it into a project management system. First of all, those projects that could potentially bring the greatest benefit to the company were taken into development on a priority basis, "says Elena.
Today, Elena continues working on projects of process digitalization as the project manager for the development of electronic document management at Russia's largest company providing digital services and solutions in the information and communication technologies field called "Rostelecom". During the project implementation, the share of digitization of document flow in 2022 compared to 2021 increased by 40%, paper costs were reduced by half, and project goals were achieved by 110%.
Elena's work has not gone unnoticed, and her expertise has been recognized by numerous industry bodies. She was named one of the TOP-30 Digital Experts in Russia, an all-Russian competitive project that recognizes specialists from the Russian digital market who have made significant contributions to the industry.
