This 2023, Twitter already suffered from multiple outages.
In February, the social media giant experienced four widespread outages that prevented users from tweeting and accessing the app.
This March, Twitter also suffered from another system issue that prevented users from accessing links, as reported by BBC News.
Luckily, Twitter was able to fix the problem the next day. This just shows that Twitter could still have more outages in the coming months.

Even if you try the highly-suggested troubleshooting methods, the chance of posting on Twitter during downtimes is quite low.
However, Mashable provided one trick that will allow you to post your tweet during outages. But, this method has a catch. Since this workaround will rely on Twitter's scheduling feature, you still can't tweet on the same day.
Although this is the case, this trick is still worth the try. If you want to try it, here are the steps you need to follow:
- First, you need to type in your tweet and click the calendar button, which is located in the lower right corner of your tweet.
- From there, just select the date you want your tweet to be posted.
When scheduling a tweet during an outage, the best thing you can do is schedule the post for the next day or the other following days.
Basic Twitter Troubleshooting Methods

- Try clearing the cache and cookies.
- Turn off the browser add-ons.
- Try removing third-party access to your Twitter account.
- Try accessing Twitter via a private browser.
- Try logging in and logging out of your Twitter account.
- Always check if your internet is having some issues.
