Apple's M-series chips are getting legitimate Virtual Windows OS.

Rejoice, Mac users, as there is now an integration where users may transform their Apple Mac Silicon-powered computers to run Windows OS, now receiving full support from Microsoft in its use. This is through Alludo's Parallel Desktop 18 which recently received the green light from the Redmond software company, to bring Windows 11 to Apple computers.

This is the virtual Windows 11 software only and not the other option where there will be a partition on the computer to boot both the Windows OS and macOS.

According to the latest news release from Alludo, its Parallels Desktop 18 received full support from Microsoft regarding its Windows 11 OS to run virtually on Mac Silicons. This is a good way to run Microsoft's famed computer operating system on Macs, especially as it offers a hassle-free installation of the app itself only.

Microsoft listed the ways to run its Windows 11 OS on Apple's M-series chips, including its many variants that came among its releases like the M1, M2, along with the Pro and Ultra versions of it.

In this list, Microsoft said that it now provides full support for Alludo's Parallels application to deliver the OS, including its full integration and upgrades.

Apple to Run Windows 11 Virtual Version via Parallels

Apple's macOS may run Windows 11 via Alludo's Parallel Desktop for Mac, which is available to purchase on their website, in different tiers depending on the needs and requirements of its users.

The public who wishes to upgrade their Mac computers to Windows 11 may also opt for the subscription version of this app to get better features and apps to come along with it.

Apple macOS and Windows OS

There were significant hindrances on the supposed run of Windows 11 on Mac, and it prevented users from accessing both software on the Mac computers. One of the most iconic ones is the deal between Qualcomm and Microsoft regarding its development of an ARM-based OS, which may be breached should the software company push through.

However, there were other options in the past to still use the Windows 11 OS on the Mac, and it is through Alludo's famed Parallels Desktop Pro Edition.

While there are multiple options to get Windows 11, using the virtual version of it via applications is the best option there is one that may avoid having to partition hard drives and install it directly.

Booting two operating systems on Mac both have its ups and downs, and sometimes, people may grow tired of it or forget that they have this feature, and use only one OS for good. The Parallels Desktop 18 offers a way to have it virtually, meaning that it would be a hassle-free installation, especially now that it receives full support from Microsoft.
