Nothing might have succeeded with its first TWS buds, Ear 1, launched last year, but fans have been waiting for more. And finally, reliable leaks from Steve Onleaks Hemmerstoffer and SmartPrix have revealed all the details of the upcoming Nothing Ear 2.
Nothing Ear 2 Images were Reportedly Leaked Online
Fans of Nothing eagerly expected something new from the company in the form of the highly-anticipated Nothing Ear 2. And now, brand-new images of the earphones have leaked online. Unfortunately, there is not much of a difference between the design of Ear 1 and the soon-to-release Ear 2.
Leakers Steve Onleaks Hemmerstoffer and SmartPrix shared the images of the new buds. And much like the earlier leaks, the new pictures show Ear 2 will look nearly indistinguishable from Ear 1.
The Device Will Come with Personalized Active Noise Cancellation
According to the story by Giz China, the leaked images, the earphones are mostly identical in design compared to Ear 1. However, the product's functionality might be better as it may come with personalized Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), multi-point connectivity, and more.
Where Ear 2 will stand out against Ear 1 is in its features. The Buds are said to offer Personalized Active Noise Cancellation, Transparency mode to allow sound from outside sources, Advanced EQ functionality, and a Find Earbuds mode.
Nothing Ear 2 Will Also Come with Advanced EQ Functionality
Ear 2 was explained further in an article by Android authority. It also looks set to introduce multi-point connectivity, allowing buyers to connect the buds to more than one device simultaneously.
Transparency mode and Advanced EQ functionality. Moreover, Find Earbud is an extra feature given to the buds by Nothing. So, Nothing Ear 2 may offer a great package of features.
The Nothing EAr 2 Will Also Allow Users to Connect to Multiple Devices at the Same Time
The charging case of the buds will also be nearly identical to the case of the Nothing Ear 1. However, according to SmartPrix, the Ear 2 is expected to equip some new features along with support for multiple devices.
In addition to that, the report also shows that the buds might come with a transparency mode, advanced EQ functionality, and a find earbuds feature. Also, the buds might have multi-point connectivity, enabling users to connect them to multiple devices simultaneously.

The Device is Expected to be Priced the Same as the Nothing Ear 1 at $99
Despite the minor upgrade, the price tag of the Nothing Ear 2 is expected to be the same as Ear 1, which is $99. If that is true, it will be great value-for-money buds, as Apple is already working on budget-friendly earbuds.
As Apple is already planning to launch a budget-friendly version of the AirPods, Nothing must be hoping to make an even bigger impact with the Nothing Ear 2. Time will tell whether these rumors and leaks will come true. But, so far, the addition in features looks promising.
