It is available for the Oura Ring's Gen 2 and Gen 3 wearables and requires users to have at least the Apple Watch Series 4, updated to at least watchOS 9. It also requires the device to be under iOS 16, and the Oura App sporting version 4.8.1.
The Apple Watch app will mirror what the Oura app brings to iPhones, and it will also include the previous integration of the company with Apple Health to synch more data.
