Apple's Mac Pro is getting many speculations and rumors for this year's release, with the upcoming high-performance CPU coming soon for the world. It will feature the famed System-on-chip (SOC) silicon architecture from the Cupertino giant, from its M-series chips, and would allegedly feature the same design as its 2019 look.
Moreover, the speculators claim that this new computer would not allow users to expand its random-access memory, and it will only be upgradable upon purchase or via Apple's service centers.
Apple Mac Pro 2023: To Sport 2019's Design
Mark Gurman's latest Power On Newsletter centers on the upcoming release from Apple for this year, with an updated version of the Mac Pro coming soon.
The analyst said that this new version would still sport a similar design to the 2019 version of the famed CPU, along with its grills and aluminum casing finish.
He also claimed that this is Apple's final product to transition to the M-series Silicon chip when it releases, and this may mean that there would no longer be an iMac Pro coming soon.
Moreover, it will center on one variant only, from Apple's development, considering that higher-tier Mac Pros only apply to a niche market and specific consumers.

Non-upgradable RAM, new Silicon Chip
According to MacRumors, the 2023 Mac pro would feature the M2 Extreme Silicon chip, the latest semiconductor from Apple that follows the 2022 M2's architecture.
Moreover, it will not have the 2019 Mac Pro's famed user-expandable RAM feature, and would not allow DIYers to interchange or upgrade their memory chips.
Apple also canceled its plans to create a 48 CPU core and 152 GPU cores-powered Mac Pro for this year, unlike its last version.
Apple's Mac Developments
One of the top leaks for the Mac Pro's development is from famed analyst and insider, Mark Gurman, who previously claimed that it will be available by 2022 featuring the latest M-series chip, the M2 Extreme. However, further reports claimed that the computer would no longer be available in time for last year, and will be moving its release to early 2023.
The said Mac Pro is already up for its two-year development period, as per initial leaks in 2020 for the next version of the device. That being said, its initial target date was 2022, but its development did not make the cut in time for its schedule.
Furthermore, Gurman suggested that Apple's development would see more Mac computers released this year for all to experience, with an iMac M3 also coming later on.
Apple's Mac Pro 2019 features an Intel-powered chip for its processes and has not yet been updated to the latest M-series when it transitioned in 2020. Despite the late upgrade, Apple still has massive plans for the professional CPUs to arrive soon, with more to offer the world this year, along with the latest M2 chip.
