It is this time of the year when people would wonder what things they will look forward to, and this also includes their choice of technology, especially with one of the largest names in the industry, Apple.

Being one of the most popular smartphone providers in the world, Apple's iOS is also the most used. And with iOS 16's introductions, some were promised and speculated to arrive soon, particularly those who have not made the cut in 2022.

Apple still has several months of development for the iOS 16 before it transitions to the next one, and here are some of the speculated arrivals this year.

MacRumors reported that there is a lot to look forward to for 2023 in Apple's iOS, centering on the different offers of the company for the public to enjoy. Additionally, a handful of these features are already claimed by the Cupertino giant to arrive soon for all iOS users to enjoy soon, focusing on the future of its application to the system.

Apple Card Savings

According to Apple, there will be a partnership with Goldman Sachs with a high-yield savings account to arrive for the Apple Card and its payment system.

Instead of the regular Apple Pay which centers on a postpaid service and is similar to credit cards (where one could also link their existing ones), people would be able to put in money and save.

This will also take into account the Daily Cash to generate more savings for the user in their use of the Apple Pay system.

The Apple Card Savings will be available to use via the Wallet app once it releases.

Apple CarPlay

There is an upcoming update for the Apple CarPlay and it will center on its next-generation update for all users to enjoy. It will bring a different user interface to what people are used to before, and it will allow everyone to take full advantage of what Apple has to offer.

Additionally, the CarPlay will also arrive in electric vehicles for its future integration of the smartphone link to applicable cars.

Security Keys

The iOS 16.3 beta delivered the integration for Security Keys on the new smartphone OS, and it aims to further expand security and privacy for devices.

This feature will allow users to authenticate new logins with security keys, and avoid access via online authorizations that may also be accessed by others.

Here, it will deliver a physical security authenticator for iPhones in the future, but the devices to be used for unlocking will not be sold by Apple.

Advanced Data Protection

With Apple's focus on security, an additional feature for iCloud users called Advanced Data Protection will also arrive in other regions and countries soon.

This expansion is part of the Cupertino company's commitment to securing one's cloud storage drive further, especially as it was notorious for previous leaks and access to accounts.

Emergency SOS Satellite

Last but not the least, the famous iPhone 14 emergency feature will soon arrive for more countries and regions as well, with the Emergency SOS Satellite for all to use.

Apple first made it possible for the US and Canada regions to access it but promises to add more later this year to more areas, for people that have the feature.
