To invite your friends or relatives, you can follow the steps provided below:
- First, open your Fitness app (on iPhone) and click the Sharing tab.
- After that, click the Activity app and scroll down to reach the "Invite a Friend" option. Select the contact you want to add.

Aside from sending invitations, you can also add and remove friends. The official Apple Support website provided the needed steps to do this:
- First, click the Activity app via your Apple Watch.
- Then, choose the Digital Crown and scroll down at the bottom of your screen.
- To add a friend, click the "Invite a Friend" button. To remove a friend, choose the "Remove Friend" option.
You can also check the stats of your friends to see their progress:
- First, access the Activity app.
- After that, swipe left and chose the Digital Crown option.
- Then, click the contact you want to check. You will be able to see their stats.
