According to the story by Giz China, the specs for the upcoming device were revealed ahead of the official announcement. Although not officially confirmed by Samsung, this is still close to an official announcement since it comes from the Play Console.
Due to the leaks being close to official, potential buyers might be able to take a little bit more from the specs. Although they are subject to change since Samsung might either alter the specs or have different specs altogether, buyers still have at least a clearer picture of what to expect.

The leaks were initially posted on It Home in Chinese but were translated by Giz China, but the post included a screenshot coming from the official Play Console. The specs can also be seen on GSM Arena which references the Geekbench scores for the Galaxy M15 5G as well.
The Samsung Galaxy A14 5G is powered by the Exynos 1330 chip, an upgraded version of the Exynos 850 featured in the Galaxy A13. The Exynos 1330 chip consists of two ARM Cortex-A78 CPU cores that clock at 2.4GHz, six ARM Cortex-A55 CPU cores at 2GHz, and an ARM Mali-G68 GPU with two cores clocking at 950MHz.

This device will also feature 6GB of RAM, Android 13, and a 6.8-inch Full HD display. It is expected that this display will support a 90Hz refresh rate.
