According to Giz China's story, the Transsion group brands are pushing harder to market their items to mainstream buyers. While Tecno is expected to launch a new device coming with the MediaTek Dimensity 9000, Infinix is launching another type of 5G smartphone.
Although leaked in the past, the Infinix Zero 5G 2023 is confirmed to launch really soon. The phone costs only $239, as seen on GSM Arena, and comes with the Dimensity 1080, which makes it very affordable for what type of technology it packs.
The Device's Display Offers 60 Hz and 120 Hz with an Auto-Smart Switch Refresh Rate
The new Infinix Zero 5G 2023 is regarded as a mid-range smartphone that comes with 5G, and to save on costs, it comes with a Full HD+ resolution packed 6.78-inch IPS LCD screen capable of up to 120 Hz refresh rate.
The company is offering 60 Hz and 120 Hz steps for the device's display, and it comes with an Auto-Smart Switch Refresh rate. This is not something on the same level as the LTPO AMOLED screen but it is still a good way for the device to save energy.

The smartphone comes with a 240 Hz touch sampling rate, and under the hood, it packs the MediaTek Dimensity 1080 SoC. The Infinix Zero 5G 2023 comes with 8 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of internal storage.
The article by Giz China notes that the virtual RAM option will let users increase their capacity to 13 GB. The smartphone also packs a 5,000 mAh battery and comes with 33 W fast charging.

The Device Comes with a 50 MP AI Camera, a 2 MP Depth Sensor, and a 2MP Macro Camera
As for its optics, the smartphone packs a 50 MP AI camera with a 2 MP depth sensor and yet another 2 MP module for its macro. As for its software, it is capable of supporting Night Filter features with Super Night Mode, allowing users to take low-light images.
The camera also supports 960 fps slow motion along with a Sky Remap editing feature that allows users to turn Hazy Skies to Blue within the device. For the color options, the Infinix Zero 5G 2023 will launch with Coral Orange, Pearly White, and Submarine Black options.
As for its price, Infinix already confirms that it will only cost $239 but the price could vary depending on the region that the Infinix Zero 5G 2023 is being sold.
