Musk reiterated that "neither I nor Twitter have taken any investment from SBF/FTX," saying that the article is a lie. He then asked, "how much of you does SBF own?

Twitter CEO Says that SBF or FTX 'Certainly Does Not' Own Any Shares in the Now-Private Company

When asked whether SBF or FTX owns any shares in Twitter, the new Twitter CEO replied, "No" saying they could have owned Twitter shares as a public company but "certainly does not" own any shares in the now-private Twitter company.

In another thread, Kara Swisher, another Twitter account, shared the article of SBF and Elon Musk's "secret text" saying, "of course Elon Took the * and then dunked on SBF." The Twitter CEO replied there was once a time when they cared about the truth and that that time is "long gone."

Musk Highlighted that the Publication did Not Disclose How Much of Them Does SBF Own

When asked directly if Musk did not take the money, as reported in the article, Musk said, "I did not take the money. SBF/FTX do not own shares in Twitter." He then said Semafor, the article's publisher, took the money.

Musk also pointed out that the publication did not disclose how much of them does SBF own. The conversation was limited since the only people who could reply were those who were followed by Kara Swisher or mentioned.

Semafor's Kara Swisher and Ben Smith Shares a Picture of Musk and SBF's Text Exchange

In both threads, Musk clarified that the new Twitter is in no way owned by SBF, although he might have owned shares when the company was still public. He also directly denies the article saying it is a lie.

Kara Swisher and Ben Smith shared a picture of the text exchange between Musk and SBF where he said that the latter was welcome to roll his shares.
