Mr. Beast Beats Pewdiepie as Most Subscribed YouTuber! Here's What Makes Him Different

What makes Mr. Beast so popular?

Mr. Beast is now the most subscribed YouTuber.

On Monday, Nov. 14, the content creator was able to surpass Pewdiepie after reaching more than 111 million subscribers.

Although the difference is not that huge, Mr. Beast's account continuously receives more followers.

In contrast, Pewdiepie's YT subscribers remain static. Dexerto posted a short video on its Twitter account to see Mr. Beast's increasing followers.

At first, Mr. Beast's followers were almost equal to the subscribers of Pewdiepie, 111,846,079. But, after a few seconds, his subscribers reached more than 111,846,104.

Beast, the New Most Subscribed YouTuber!

According to NDTV's latest report, Mr. Beast started his YouTube journey back in 2012. It took him almost six years to have his big break.

In 2018, he posted a YouTube video titled "How I Gave Away $1,000,000."

This content explained how he acquired wealth through content creation, saying that different organizations helped him to achieve the $1,000,000 and donate it to people.

After going viral, Mr. Beast started focusing on luxurious challenges that allowed his fans to participate.

He even offers them millions or thousands of dollars if they can win the tasks.

Essentially Sports explained that one of the things that make Mr. Beast so popular is his very simple way of interacting with fans.

Another thing that makes him always viral is his never-ending content ideas.

If you visit Mr. Beast's official YouTube channel, you will see that all of his videos have millions of views.

Beast's Most Expensive Challenges

The majority of the videos of Mr. Beast are about giving away cash prizes to winners.

Sportskeeda provided some of the most expensive YT challenges that the YouTuber conducted, such as the following:

"Last To Take Hand Off $1,000,000 Keeps It"

This challenge is about who can keep their hands the longest on a stack of $1 million. The video included four participants who had their right hands on a glass container.

"Last To Leave $800,000 Island Keeps It"

This YouTube video is about giving an island worth almost $1 million. Only one of the participants was able to keep the island.

"Last To Leave Circle Wins $500,000"

One hundred fans participated in this challenge. The last one who can remain in the giant red circle wins $500,000.

Aside from the mentioned challenges above, Mr. Beast also created his own real-life "Squid Game."

This just shows how creative he can be when it comes to entertaining people.

Another proof of his success is his recent achievement as the YouTuber with the most subs gained in a month.
