You've got to be careful when copying and pasting links, especially if you are a prominent ESPN reporter watching porn in his downtime. Because, well, you might accidentally tweet out some of that very same porn.
That's exactly what happened to ESPN college football recruiting analyst Gerry Hamilton when he blasted out the screencapped tweet below yesterday. Doing a double take before clicking send is always a smart idea.
Hamilton intended to tweet out some info on the latest college football recruiting developments. Instead his followers now know that he apparently visits PornHub.com while on Twitter. Whoops!
Needless to say Hamilton hastily deleted the tweet and replaced it with another, this time with the correct link. He's playing it like nothing happened. He probably felt a little something like this (which is probably also how Bill Cosby feels every day now).
But, as they say, the Internet is forever, and multiple people saved images of the tweet before it was taken down. And Hamilton is never going to hear the end of it.
At least we've now learned a valuable lesson at Hamilton's expense: it's probably not a good idea to watch porn on the job.
