The new upgrade delivers on the Google Meet experience which combined the Duo with it, now acting as Google's sole video conferencing app for the public.
It is also a free application available for the public to download and install on their smart TVs, bringing the feature available to everyone who owns a Samsung Smart TV.
However, it would depend on the TV model if it is available and compatible with their device, something which Samsung would determine once users head to the App Store.
New UI for Google Meet on Bigger Displays
Google Meet's new UI for the smart TVs focuses on the dark mode that is now available for larger displays, like how it appears for portable devices. On the other hand, Google also upgraded its remote control features that would work well with what Samsung has available, making it easier for users to navigate the app.
According to 9to5Google, the renewed Meet experience is available for Samsung Smart TVs with its formal launch coming soon.
